Bonefish Grill is my go-to for a nice dinner out. The food is consistently delicious and the staff is wonderful. As a college student, eating high quality food is rare. Going to dinner at Bonefish Grill is such a treat, and the prices are very reasonable. Once, I went to Bonefish very late, right before they closed. The hostess said that they kitchen would be closing shortly but they would love to seat us. The service and food was still excellent!
My Husband and I love Bonefish Grill here in town. The staff and managers are always friendly and provide excellent customer service. Great food, they just added some amazing new dishes to the menu. We wish we could afford to eat there more!
Terrible! We both ordered the 8 oz Grouper and what came was two Grouper fingers that couldn't have been 1 oz each. Service was even worse. Plates had dried food stuck to them. The lemon ordered with meal and with water came long after both were gone. Service was almost as crummy as the food. Needless to say, we won't go back, ever!
Bonefish is always great to us. The one occasion when our bartender was having an off night the manager (Tim) made up for it. He was extremely kind, took over serving us himself and made our night great. He sincerely requested we come back and we have multiple times and he's always remembered us and makes sure we get great service. corporate it may be but the Gville store goes above and beyond! THANKS!
Fairly run-of-the mill chain seafood for Gainesville. Not bad, not over the moon great either. At an average per-plate cost of around $20 The quantity of food was pretty decent. Our particular server was pretty robotic in his service, clearly following the corporate script handed down from on high. Not that it was bad, just felt disingenuous. Perhaps that is just me being overly critical as a former service industry employee familiar with those scripted corporate requirements :P. The decor in the restaurant would be great for an evening out, but in the early to mid-afternoon when I was there last it all falls a bit flat. Dark woods and cramped table arrangement made the whole restaurant feel claustrophobic.
