Tried to get oil change yesterday i called said im ten minutes away do you have openings? If not ill go home . sure come in so i get there and they say over 2 hours min. Wait. So i go back today during snow storm probably 10 people total in the store. Tell me a 1&1/2 hour wait. At the 2 hour mark the next 2 cars to come out are employees then i get mine back at 2.5 hours with tire rotate. Could not imagine needing tires or a battery.
Wallmart managers must pay attention to the way bank checks are put through the telecheck machines which most of the time are not accurate. My check of $95.00 has been declined twice. James the cashier apologizes, but I paid with cash and promised that I will go to the bottom of this humiliation. I checked with my bank manager who confirmed that my balance yesterday was 7 times the amount of the check and that he receives 4-5 complaints for checks declined from customers buying at Wallmart . This has to stop. I would appreciate a serious investigation so that we are confident that Wallmart will use an accurate system which will save time and aggravation. Thank you.
Just love this store, don't find many of any kind of stores that stay open 24/7 and now layaway.....cool. one more thing I really like is the fact that ee fan even shop online and not to mention use our Smartphones. Really......CAN'T say much more than that, EXCEPT TYVM WALLMART
I originally prank called them to ask about a plunger to help get a gerbil out of my rectal cavity. I began becoming beliggerent and he kept his cool. and was real mature about it. i give this walmart props and i hope you other raters go to hell this is a great walmart!
I would have given 0 stars if possible. The employees here are rude and do not want to help! Especially at the customer service desk. The attendant who was helping me smelled like alcohol(she was drunk) and she gave me a real hard time about returning somthing that was un opened and with the original reciept. Will never shop here again!
