Everyone was so very nice and helpful. Zack was great. Bear was good getting us started with Zack. We were so tired after a long afternoon with you but coffee was helpful. No real creamers, sadly. We are still waiting on the booklet for our car on all the how too's. We test drove 3 cars but love our Ford Focus. I have been customer of Whaling City for many years and bought several cars from this place, my latest one was Mazda 6 Excellent service. Knowledgeable and HONEST sales personal. With dealers my approach is simple if I don't like something I just move on. There are so many competition out there so it is not worth to deal with dealers you don't trust So far I have not had any issues dealing with service, body shop and sales department. They are always willing to work with you for mutual satisfaction. Couple years ago my SUV died I literally walked between several dealerships trying to buy a car totally unprepared without any research. Once I walked into City and explained situation. I was offered replacement SUV and I was on the road within an hour or so. They totally beat the competition with the price down-payment requirements and monthly payment. I am not even going to talk about value of the car I was offered. Mazda 6 is an Excellent car I drove it to work during snow storm it has good handling on the icy road. I am not sure why some reviewers online saying that electronics little bit difficult to use, once I went through manual I did not have any issues. Everything pretty much intuitive. Manual needed just because this car has so much convenience features and I needed modify some of the defaults for personal experience. So far I love the car. I drive a lot on the highway, Mazda Radar Cruise Control is one of the best features this car has. I actually moved to passenger seat and started read book while Mazda was keeping an eye on the road for me, but seriously MRCC is a excellent feature this car has for commuters.

We tried the rest, but brought from The Best! Angel Torres, with his 'no pressure or pain' sales approach, is terrific! He listened to our questions and provided us the answers. The total dealer experience is what makes the difference, and the Mazda 6 GT is most astonishing vehicle I have ever owned. Nothing on the road quite matches the level of technology and safety equipment as my Mazda 6 Grand Touring with e-loop, providing great city - and especially highway - gas mileage.

Went for a windsheild, accidentally bought a car! :) My wife and I dropped one of our vehicles off at Safelite across the street for a new windsheild and wanted to poke around a couple dealerships while we waited. Our first (and what turned out to be our only) stop was Whaling City Ford/Mazda. The Salesman we dealt with was extremely professional, applying no pressure to buy. We were able to look at and test drive a couple cars, with the Salesman full knowing that we didnt plan to buy that day, and that they were our first stop of many dealers. Out of curiousity, we asked them to value our trade in. We were blown away with their offer, and proceeded to look more closely for anything of interest on the lot on the lot (low mileage, AWD, good fuel ecomony, etc). After talking numbers with the General Manager (great guy, straight shooter), we ended up in a off-lease, extremely low mileage 2015 cx-5. What a fantastic vehicle it is. We will certianly be back again in the future!
