I just went there and it was AWFUL. I am never going back to that Starbucks again. I stood in line for about ten minutes because the clerk was talking to another customer, not even about coffee or anything in or about Starbucks. They were having a long conversation about school. As we waited the line continued to grow, until it was so long people started leaving. Other people would open the door to walk in and immediately leave because of the length. When finally I got the chance to order, the clerk hardly ever looked at me. She was yelling goodbye to people she had been chatting with and talking (again not coffee related) to the other woman making the coffee. The woman making the coffee was taking forever. I am not an impatient person, but waiting ten to fifteen minutes for a cup of coffee is very unrealistic. This staff member also took to talking with customers. She also would stop in the middle of making coffee to have this chat. They were talking very loud and laughing obnoxiously. All I could think the whole time was about leaving and going somewhere else, but I had already bought my drink. As I walked out drinking my BURNT coffee, I could hear other customers in line complaining. I will not be returning to this Starbucks location ever again.
Great service. Friendly staff when I walked in the door. The girl that was there recommend to order a drink a certain way and I did. It was great! Everyone behind the counter was smiling. Thanks!
It's hit or miss on the service, employee argued with me about the temp of my drink.
I've always had a great time getting good coffee, good service, and lots of friendliness here. Spend some time here, bring a smile, perhaps some patience, and enjoy the busy baristas and small shop atmosphere. Then go on your way leaving a nice tip !;-) bob
