Drive thru line was super long, but I came in and got my drink immediately. Staff was friendly and helpful even though they were working fast and hard.
The first time my hubby & I went in, they didn't know how to make a half-caff, which we waited for for a long time. Next time we went in, we ordered a coffee & iced green tea. We waited for a long time only to find that they gave me an iced coffee, not iced green tea. They were quite rude about having to make my iced green tea. The third and last time we went there was today, and after waiting over ten minutes while staff tried to figure out how to even make a half-caff, I asked for a refund and was rudely told I'd have to go to the back of the line. When the half-caff finally was done, it was cold and was undrinkable. The staff was rude and the manager did apologize and even handed me a coupon for a free drink 'next time' but it was too little too late - simply not worth the aggravation. We'll be stopping at the Starbucks in Castle Pines on our next drive down to Colorado Springs.
