After visiting the UK and getting hooked on afternoon tea, we found a great spot in Parker to have a pot of tea and a scone. Traditional English style food is also available. The atmosphere is bright and modern. And the staff are never over bearing. Great place to have a conversation with a friend or get in a few chapters of the book you just can't find the time to read.

I am a huge fan of good loose leaf tea, and places that know how to properly prepare it (good tea poorly prepared is too common unfortunately). I have visited Rob & Lynne's place - English Tea Leaves - for years now. It is THE place to go if you appreciate quality tea, prepared well, with a knowledgeable staff that can guide you as you explore teas from around the world. Their tea selection and expertise are unparalleled, and they are more than happy to help you learn more about tea if you so desire. They also have a decent lunch menu with pies, pasties, scones and salads to choose from. If you've ever been to one of those "franchise" tea places in Cherry Creek or Park Meadows Mall and you left underwhelmed, you need to visit English Tea Leaves. It is the real deal! -JB

I have visited English Tealeaves since they opened in Parker. I missed my layovers in London, and their cafe is a sanctuary when I need a quiet tea experience. From sandwiches to scones, there is something for everyone. Oddly, I drink more iced tea than hot tea. Guess who does that, too? Yes, Tealeaves! Their fabulous hot tea selections can be made iced. I always take home a bag or two of their teas. They are so delicious I cannot stop myself.

I have been a devotee of English Tea Leaves since they first opened. I always bring out of town guests to visit the tea room and they always say that this is one of the best, if not the best tea room they have ever visited. You receive a learning experience about tea while there and they always go home with tea as a souvinier as well. And you can't beat their gespacho soup on a hot summer day. If you appreciate the proper way to prepare tea, you will go to English Tea Leaves again and again. Marcia Morey

This is a great authentic (as far as I can tell) English tea shop. Nice place to have a cup o' tea.
