I bought a small glass pipe and one hitter with no issues. But then I paid $80 for a cloud vapor pen which didnt work. I noticed it would not charge. 2 days later I brought it in to be replaced. I assumed since they sold me a bad unit it would automatically be replaced. I assumed wrong. The manager told me there were no exchanges or refunds as per posted signs. I replied I understand that but Im not returning nor exchanging it. I want a unit that works. After arguing for some time I demanded to speak to the owner. He took my number and I never heard from the owner. Instead the same manager called and told me he would replace the charger. I was speechless at how they can sell something and not back it at all if its a lemon. Only way to get justice was to get angry and argue Ill never go back. EDIT: After posting this I read a few more reviews. WOW I am not the only one who has bought defective products from these bafoons! Dont buy anything electronic or expensive there! If you choose to risk it HAVE THEM DEMO THE UNIT IN FRONT OF YOU!

This place is the worst!!! I've NEVER, NEVER, EVER been screwed over by any business as badly as I was by Mile High Pipe and Tobacco. I went in one Saturday and bought a Pocket vaporizer (cost was around $60). Went home, unboxed it, and realized the glass cylinder (the one that connects the front and back of the pipe) was not only broken, but completely unattached to the pipe. It is supposed to be intact and already attached. I went back in and was told--very rudely and without even the slightest shred of sympathy--that I could not return it. "The signs say no refunds!" It would be one thing if I had used it and wanted to return it, but this is outright fraud. They sold me a product they KNEW was defective, and then refused to refund my money. I was robbed $60 by these goons and have no legal recourse (at least not one worth the time and money) to get my money back.

Tobacco? WHERE? I usually go to smoker friendly for loose tobacco and roll my own cigarettes, but this was closer, so I checked the website and it claims they have tobacco- hell, its in the store NAME. Nothing but stoner supplies. Oh, they offer a few packs of smokes, but nothing I can't get at a corner convenience store for $1 less per pack. What a crock.

this place never told me that you can't return anything? maybe you should inform your customers of that before. I'm never going back there. not very good customer service.

I do not recommend this shop for any of your accessories. I recently bought a cloud penz from them and when I got home I realized it was a defective product. I went back within an hour and the guy told me that they could do nothing for me. I then emailed the shop and never got a response within 24 hours and am still waiting for a response. Luckily I got a response from the manufacture and have sent it in to get it fixed. There are plenty of shops out there so do yourself a favor and do not go to Mile High Pipe and Tobacco.
