As a local and a regular I have to say this place hires the friendliest staff! It located in a relatively safe place and conveniently close top anything you need. Parking is getting worse with all the restaurants opening up next to it, but great place all around
this starbucks needs a major remodel. it's also the slowest starbucks i've ever been in. staff is friendly but that doesn't make up for the ridiculous amounts of time spent in line here. i avoid it at all costs and drive to the sherman oaks stores.
Mediocre! My drink was good as was my service. But they have that AT&T Internet that is just utter garbage!
Love this Place
I have been going to this particular Starbucks regularly for about four years. I have seen baristas come and go, and I can say that the folks who work here are among the nicest coffee shop employees I've met. They're always friendly and helpful, and amazingly cool under pressure when it gets busy. Speaking of busy, this isn't one of those mega-stores with a whole fleet of espresso machines, so during rush hour (especially 8:00-9:15am) you're not going to be in and out the door in 2 minutes. Note the difference between "slow" and "crowded." That should be expected in any smallish store, there's no carpool lane in a coffee shop. These folks work efficiently and keep their heads very well when they get slammed. When they aren't all that busy, you can get in and out quick if you want, although it's a great place to sit and people-watch.
