This is such a nice place. This is where I would go if I have time to relax and have a cup of their amazing coffee. A perfect place to put your feet up.
I go to several different Starbucks. The one on Burbank Blvd. in Van Nuys has notably the best, most efficient staff. They know my name and drink more often than any of the others I frequent, and although they do a high volume (there are far fewer stores up here than down on Ventura Blvd., so they are usually very busy here), the manager has trained these guys so well that a line of 15 people zips through in about 5 minutes. Great team!
The place was packed and I was outta there quickly. The staff was friendly and polite. My order was correct and tasted great. I will go there again when we are on vacation.
Good standard Starbucks. Clean, nice, efficient. The one drawback is there are a good amount of people there that come just to steal free wifi. (at least buy a coffee and sit there with an empty cup). I would rather deal with those people than be limited for sitting time so my complaining is moot.
