I was really impressed with the impeccable service they have here. I frequently visit the location in Phoenix but its nice to know that all locations i been to so far have great service and a wonderful atmosphere.. i like the one in phoenix because all the walls are glass so you can see outside .. it just adds to the lovely ambiance.
They let handicap people sit inside without supervision and sing and spit everywhere. It's gross and unpleasant. Should get funding for health care services. Disappointing end to the day.
Dirtiest starbucks I've ever been to. There was a huge line and only 2 lazy workers who didn't have a sense of urgency to at least give an average customer service. Trash everywhere and the condiment bar looked like it hadn't been cleaned all day. Just horrible ambient
I am a bit new to the area and coming here is one of the few things that's like really going home. Everyone is so nice and welcoming, I feel like I have been coming here for years.
I've never had a bad experience at this starbucks. I remember when I first came to the Greater Los Angeles area I would walk here just because it had good vibes. Good food, good staff, and the only downside is that it's really busy most of the time.
