Horrible From the time I been here I waited hours just to be seated, and then wait longer for food. I won't invited anyone there, because the employee don't know how to handle there guest. They seat people by size in the wrong area.(ex. If its a party of two, they would seat them in a booth that can hold six people) Bottom line is don't come here. Horrible staff, waiters and host.

We waited for 30 minutes for a table on Friday Oct 17, the three people at the podium were having a good time laughing, the manager came by and still no one talked to us. I went to see if there were tables and there were five tables ready for seating. I asked them why we had not been seated and they asked for the name again and we had already put in our name. They found it and said it got passed over and were sorry. Then it took more than 16 minutes for a waiter to come by and take our drink orders. Then it took 18 minutes for the drink orders to arrive. We have now been at your establish for more than an hour and finally got a drink. Then 21 minutes later a waiter took our order. When the order came it was wrong and we had to send it back. Finally 12 minutes alter the correct order came. We were served another beer. Then we flagged down a waiter so we could order to go meals. We asked for no buffalo sauce on the chicken sandwich, the waiter said there was no buffalo sauce on the chicken sandwich and he would put the Parmesan Garlic sauce on the side. When I got the order home there was buffalo sauce and ranch dressing on the sandwich and it was grilled not breaded and fried. I also ordered a snack of buffalo wings and did not get it I ahd to ask the waiter to bring it and he said he did not charge me for it but when I got home he had so I paid twice for the wings. I am only writing this because we like to go to buffalo wild wings but the service at this establishment has gone from bad to the worst.

Comfortable and satisfying especially since it was my first time at Buffalo on my birthdday, the food was delicious and spicy.

I absolutely loveeeeeeeeeeeee this place. Ever since they opened this place we go here to watch NFL games and even when there isn't any games and we just want a cool place to hang out at and get some drinks and good wings. I recommend you have the spicy mango habanero wings. Even thought they sting a little they are delicious and you can wash them down with an ice cold beer.

We love Bdubs and we have visited other locations many times, but this place was bad! our drinks took forever to arrive...the food took even longer. The worst part is the food was terrible, but we were so hungry from waiting, we just ate it. oh boy! did we pay for it! Our entire party of 6 including elderly and 2 toddlers got food poisoning from sweet BBQ wings and fish tacos! I will never go to this location again!
