WARNING, DO NOT EAT OUTSIDE! THEY FORGET ABOUT YOU. Seriously, do not eat outside. They won't remember you are there. Orders go in one way, come out another. Have you finished your drink? then that's the end of that. no refills outside, that is...until they remember about you being there. Staff is garbage. They refuse to hire anyone with the ability to smile. They have a tall guy that always works the front, management I guess...he never smiles either. The staff doesn't make you feel welcome. With a minimal amount of people in the restaurant, they still cannot manage to bring you a refill in a timely manner. I loved this place the first few times...now I can't think of going into that depressing, non welcoming, environment. Tasty food is the only reason for the two stars. takes more than food to have a pleasant dining experience.
Very nice place makes you feel at home. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. This place feels like a small town local spot where everyone knows each other. Food is great no matter what you order. Very reasonably priced.
I did not care for this restaurant. It is a last resort if we are hungry. The food and service is mediocre. Chose the IHOP or Dennys in burbank.
Cozy, affordable neighborhood diner that's always open. My favorite dish here is the Cobb Omelette. The wait staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is very relaxed.
Went there the other night waittres was rude the food was horrible tortilla soup was salty they grab a spoon full of plain tuna put on piece of bread and a single leaf of lettuce that was my tuna sandwich. They have a variety on there menus maybe just picked the wrong item but that doesnt justify there service. The kept looking at me like I was going rob the place or maybe they thought I was Good looking I stood out. Two men infront of me at the counter kept looking at me all the time so I decided to g Give them seafood.
