Hard Rock Cafe San Francisco

Reviews

Two stars for food, five stars on service. Like almost all Hard Rock Cafes, this one is also located in a very touristy spot. Surprisingly, the wait wasn't too long, about 40 minutes for a table for 4. The food is standard American fare. My dad got the Cobb salad, my sister got a veggie burger, my mom a veggie sandwich, and chicken fajitas for me. My sister didn't like her veggie burger much. She said there was a minty taste to it that she didn't like. My mom loved her veggie sandwich, but the fries that came with it tasted like it had been under a heat lamp for too long. The texture was as if it was microwaved. The chicken fajitas and Cobb salad were satisfactory. My dad also ordered an alcoholic drink. I forget what it was, but it was like a pina colada with strawberry. It was pretty good. And like all Hard Rock Cafes, the atmosphere is loud and boisterous. Service at this location was great. Our waitress was attentive and made us feel welcome. So if you're at Pier 39 and aren't feeling adventurous, Hard Rock Café has the menu that won't scare you. Just remember that you're paying for the location.

There was a charismatic serbian lady named Danka, which I met monday August 10, I had to leave SF and couldn't get in touch :(, if someome knows her or sees this let her know please :D

Went there to eat dinner and have some drinks. First the drinks were terrible. Ordered a double captain and coke in a short glass. Very week drink. Barely tasted the alcohol in it. Then i ordered a long island ice tea and it tasted like sweet and sour mix only. The food was just ok. Fries came out cold. Waitress was slow to bring drinks. Overall not a good experience. I've been to several hard rocks in different states and I have to say this was the worst hard rock experience.

Been to a few locations around the world, this one was one of the best experiences thus far. Ordered a burger and seasoned fries, was out on our table in under 10mins. So quick considering it was packed. Food and atmosphere was awesome. Ordered the Oreo cheesecake which was also a good choice. Yum!

Food is amazing. Service was non existent. Better service at a fast food restaurant. Two servers for our one visit, both were rude and their "dont want to be here" attitude really shined through.
