BeX Bar & Grill is by far the nicest, cleanest, safest, friendliest place in Lancaster! It is the highlight of the BLVD district! My girlfriend and I just ate here for the first time tonight. We loved the atmosphere, the music, the happy hour offers. We were greeted by the manager Daniel at the door. He seated us and greeted us to Lancaster as I told him we were new. Our server Vernard then explained every last question you could have on the menu and described it perfectly. We split some garlic fries and wings as we were more checking out the place more than actually being hungry. But man I wish I was hungrier because the wings were amazing! Crispy, not rubbery! The way good wings are suppose to taste! We had a great time and can't wait to check out all the live entertainment on other nights! Definitely recommended and will absolutely be back!

Food is always awesome. Hands down best pizza in the a.v definitely people have to check this place out. it has great atmosphere,decor and huge projection tv for games. only reason I gave 4 stars is out of the dozen times I have been there half the time the waiters are inattentive and take so long to check up on you and bring your food to you after it has been sitting to get picked up. But I will go back again and again bex is one of the best restaurants in the a.v

We had a reservation for 8:30 pm for a group of 12. The following is an account of our evening. 8:45 seated, most drink orders taken. 9:07 most of the drinks finally arrived, alcoholic drinks did not show up and various non-alcoholic drinks didn't show up. The waitress ran off to another table before we could ask about them. 9:24 waitress waved over (this took a few tries as she ignored our table) to take food order. Asked about the missing drinks. 9:38 missing drinks finally showed up.....but they didn't, we were still missing one water. Asked for the water (again). 9:57 waitress comes by to tell us our food would be here soon. Asked for the missing water again. Alcoholic drinks were nearly empty or empty, no offer of another. Non-alc drinks were refilled by us. 10:06 food finally shows up. One child's hotdog was missing mentioned it to the waitress and also asked for that water. Food was sub-par and not what we expected from Bex. 10:28 went looking for manager. Was told he would be right with us. 10:37manager shows up, made various excuses. Asked him for water and hotdog. 10:39 manager returns with water. (Finally) but no hotdog, fortunately the child had fallen asleep, when he woke up he was given leftover pizza to eat. 11:00 left bex, tried explaining to 5 year old child for the Xth time why he never got a hot dog (not that we know, the manager was kind enough to take it off the bill).

The salad I ordered was pretty good but very expensive. Seemed like this could be a really great place to eat if the service wasn't so horrible. Waitress never came to refill my drink. Took forever for them to give us our food and they weren't really that busy.

Tuesday August 12, 8 persons in our party worst service I've ever experienced in my life waiter never returned after delivering meals. Food was still good as ever.
