There's a few people that work late that always make my day but the fact that I've shown up 10-20 minutes before closing and their doors are locked pisses me off. I drive an ambulance don't expect me to pull in through the drive thru! =l

Very bad customer service, they had me waiting for like 20 min just for 2 drinks, 3 people before me got their stuff and they came after me, until I went and I asked for my sruff they started preparing it, sorry but I think anybody else would be upset with that kind of customer service.
