Were seated for 20 minutes for our waiter to at least ask us for our drink. Very poor service we are never coming back hear again.
Although the food is delicious I don't like the service with the waiters. They take forever!! But still go back cuz of the food.
While the service was a bit slow due to a ton of customers being here at 2 PM on a Sunday, the excellency of the food makes up for it. Everything I ate, including my chips, and tortillas, were freshly prepared, and everything was expertly done. Overall, El Torito provides high quality food with a lot of care taken, for very reasonable prices. This is now my favorite Mexican restaurant in the area.
Food was decent American-Mexican. Rated the service as poor because our waitress, while sweet and courteous, didn't seem to have a lot of experience and we didn't get checked on as often as Id expect. Thought the chips & salsa was great, had a good kick to eat. Food took longer than you'd expect. Overall, it's not a bad choice.
Food is great. Service is lacking. We could not eat the food because our table had no forks, spoons or knives. On top of that it took over 20 minutes to get napkins and a refill on our drinks.
