In general I believe in restaurants where the owner is watching and making sure everything is to his or her standards. . This is the only place at the mall where you can find the owners. Rest are big chains with prepackaged food and service. In L. A. this place would charge twice as much.

From the appetizers to the Main course OMG was great...

They had to check if the kitchen was open at 9pm when they close at 10. Chicken was chewey and noodles undercooked.

Overall, this place is outstanding. From the head Chef to the servers, this place is top notch. The food is to die for. And if you are in for a little dancing after your relaxing meal, the DJ or live bands never fail to entertain. The dance floor is usually packed, but I often take a break from groovin and cool off on the enclosed patio and kick my feet up by the fireplace. The ambiance in this restaurant is the most pleasant in the valley and I highly recommend taking your significant other here, for an enjoyable night.

I went for lunch with a friend. The restaurant itself was not busy at all, in fact, not one table was sat after we arrived. The busboy was on point--got our drinks quickly... refilled our drinks, but it took a while before our server came to greet us. We told him we needed some more time to order; however, by the time he we were ready, he was at the end of the booths talking to the busboy. I thought he was going to move, but no--took him about 5 minutes to get back to our table--not glancing up one time from when we watched. After we ordered, we waited over 20 minutes for our food...our food never came nor in that time did our waiter ever check on us or give us status--I cannot judge the food because we only had water--second time here--never again.
