Highly overpriced for something that was microwaved or out of a can. Yes the atmosphere is nice but the food is awful. The wait staff spend the whole time on the phone and did not come to check on us once we had to get up and approach them. Best to pass this place by for food, if you are going for just a drink in the garden then you probably will not be disappointed.
My wife and I both had salads that were very good; house dressing was tasty. Outdoor ambience in early June was amazing.
They allow dogs on the patio. So we sat there. It was very cold and misty but they had a fire goin in their fire pit. The patio is covered with gorgeous vines. We must have sat there for 2 hours enjoying wine and the weather. Racked up a heafty bill, more than $100 bucks for 3 of us. Food isn't anything to write home about, neither is the service. But I'd go back just for the atmosphere, with the dog of course.
The wait......omg the wait they said 20 min and we have been here for 2 hours waiting to receive our food aaahhhh
This is where I always eat when in Julian. It's a great Mom and Pop place with good food. You can even have a glass of local wine. Delicious.
