Well, I dont know if its the way I look or what, But I rode in, and was coming in to possibly purchase a new bike. Ive already got two, and was looking for a third, that I have been debating about for awhile. Its between a KTM and an Aprilia. Anyway, I had decided I wanted to ride the Ape, since it was most likely going to be my next purchase. So I walk in, am greeted by the guy at the front desk, he says hello, and then thats all. Fair enough, I continue to walk to the bikes, and stop to look at the RSV4's. I want the factoy model, but wanted to make sure it was worth the extra price. I do my research, so I know what the differences are. Seeing them in person is a different story than online. So, I've got my mind made up, factory it is. I then stand next to the two bikes, that are right next to each other, for no less than 15 minutes. Not one single person came to help, or asked if I had any questions. I looked around several times, and saw no one but the guys in parts, who were helping customers. so after another 10 min of trying to find someone, I left. looks like Ill be picking up a RSV from someone else. two stars for a great bike selection. thats as far as i can comment on. sales, where were you?

I asked for street friendly tires for my dual sport and they said they didnt exist and i had to buy $1500 worth of supermoto wheels. I went to Cycle Gear and they had what I needed in stock. I tried to buy a $8 quart of oil and they wouldn't let me use my credit card to buy it unless I gave them my home address because of "fraud protection ". For 8 bucks! Why is it i have to give you all kinds of personal info to buy a friggen quart of oil? Maybe they dont like me because my bike isnt one they sell. Lost my buisness. But they are freindly so thats why two stars instead of one.

THERE ARE TWO TRIUMPH MOTORCYCLE DEALERS IN SAC/SJ VALLEY I just bought my 3rd modern Triumph,a 1700cc Thunderbird Storm from Elk Grove Power Sports (EGPS) down at Grant Line and Hwy 99. I needed some good luck, I had just wrecked The Beast, my 2011 Rocket III. This EGPS vehicle transaction--bike, truck-or car--was the best I've been through in 40 something years of riding using customer service as the metric to measure against. First, if you didn't already know, they sell Triumphs, lots of them, down in Elk Grove. I didn't know that. My insurance agent had to tell me they were there. (Pump up the advertising guys). For twelve years I'd been going to Auburn Blvd & Roseville and more than a little frustrated by the monopoly and lack of competition. When you're "it", you get taken for granted. Don't get me wrong, the wrenchers are excellent on every line they sell. And Jeff and Tim sincerely want to make sure your transaction went smoothly and you were overall satisfied. But their follow up is always too little and too late. They can't follow their entire staff around all day, all whom act as if you're invisible or worse unless it's a new BMW or BMW accessory you're interested in or picking up. That attitude permeates the place. From the moment I stepped into EGPS I could tell this would be different. I was cordially greeted by Sales then left alone, to gaze at row after row after row of built up Triumphs (and some land, sea, and snow stuff I'm not into, except maybe the full-size Danica Patrick cut-out (which I tried, but couldn't negotiate away). Really, if they don't have your color or model on the floor, it's probably in their warehouse next door. Or, like me, had to wait 5 days to get EXACTLY what I wanted, even at the discounted sales price from the model on the floor. The turnaround time, the assembly, and the matching sales price, THAT never happened in Citrus Heights or Roseville. The Parts guys know their stuff too, what's compatible and what won't work. If they don't, they're real quick to call the OEM or after market seller. Hint: Check out Clearwater accessory riding lamps, made or assembled in this area. These are awesome if you wan't to be seen. They make over-riding your lights nearly impossible too. Finally, I've hit one deer and I want to keep it that way the best I can. Service? Over-the-top. They tore my front end apart immediately when we couldn't figure out a significant factory deceleration wobble. They gave me lots of attention, met their deadlines, and called me along the way to apprise me of the status and if any delays might be in the works. I saw some negative reviews about service here and that just isn't true at all. At least on Triumphs. These mechanics and techs are troubleshooters, know their craft, treat their customer with respect, and pull out all the stops to make things right. And they made this fix absolutely right, to MY satisfaction. So from front door to back and in between; Thank You Ryan, Jeremiah, Devon and crew, and especially Forrest. Glad I found and bought at EGPS. I finally have a choice.

Excellent service. I have been taking by motorcycle exclusively here for 3 years. Very knowledgeable and professional.

Bought a motorcycle recently from Elk Grove Power Sports and it was an easy process and completely hassle free! Ryan was quick to get back in touch with me over email and via phone unlike other dealerships I've dealt with. Right when I entered I was greeted and wasn't left wandering around without anyone helping. I was shown around by Ryan and was a able to talk to Jeremiah about parts for my new bike. The whole process took under an hour and I was on my way! These guys have definitely earned a happy customer and will be back for any future purchases!
