I came into the coffee shop early this morning to catch up on some emails. The staff was laughing and sounded like they were really enjoying their jobs, so I wanted to give the manager some positive feedback. I went to the register and asked the young man if I could speak to the manager. He went to the back and advised she wasn't around, but would let her know. I advised that I would be sitting at the table waiting. Little did I know I would be waiting and waiting; after an hour I went back up to the register and asked to speak with the manager again. The gentleman, with no apology at all, said, "Ok, one minute". He spoke to a lady and advised she would be with me shortly. Well, it's been an 1 hour and a half and no manager, so I called corporate while waiting in the shop. They advised they would contact the district manager and he would contact me in two days. Wow!

I was in line for 15mins. Very poor customer service. The guy in front of me in line ordered 5 drinks and did not have to pay for anything and the employees started chatting with instead of doing there job. The line kept on getting longer and longer. After I paid for my drink I waited another 15 minutes for my drink because the employees were making free drinks for the person in front of me. People were also waiting who ordered drinks before him. Finally when I got my drink I wasn't even given a straw. I am guessing the person who got free drinks was working over there. Customer service sucks for paying customers.

They don't answer there phone and went they do they hand up right away

Drive-through open till 11 pm! Great service.
