Food is great! When they get your order right. Male cook was kind of rude. I substituted chicken for ham. (When I got my order, I said, "there's ham in there". He said, "That's what you ordered..." INSTEAD of saying, "I'll fix it for you..."
Yesterday we went, I ordered Asiago cheese focaccia for my bread choice. They ring me up for a Asiago steak sandwich. She didn't read me back my order and didn't know about the extra sandwich until I was given my receipt.
Came to this location at 7:15pm on a Sunday. Figured they would be out of bread bowls. And they were. But they tried to pass off a single slice of bread as a replacement to a whole bread bowl and a baguette. Total failure Panera. Step your game up. Broccoli cheddar was delicious as usual.
Panera is one of my favorite places to go for lunch with friends. The food is always good and I love their desserts. Great choice.
