Services is very bad, two sleep serviceman inside. Coffee is good.
I am a bit of a coffee snob and this is the best coffee I have found outside of Europe. If there is better, I would love to know about it.
I was at the Park Royal Caffe Artigiano a few weeks ago and the girl at the counter forgot to return my girlfriend's debit card. So the next day she calls the location and they tell her they'll put the card aside so she can come in and get it. When she gets there, they can't find the debit card and the manager on duty say it's not her problem. Then we e-mail the company and there is no response...
As a result, I will NEVER go to Caffe Artigiano again. There are so many better coffee shops in the Lower Mainland that don't treat their customers with contempt. Go somewhere else.
Yes, it's expensive. But the coffee is amazing, the latte art is great and the staff are always friendly and have a smile!
