I absolutely LOVE my new red Fiesta. I bought it from new and the finance was taken care of by Lynford and very quick and efficient. Adam and Rob from the new car sales team made sure I got the colour I wanted, the tint, any extras and showed me how everything worked before driving away. Strongly recommend this team of people - great service all round!!
Negligence in Car Maintenance & Big Headache of long time frame I had issue with my car, to prove I had to go to Ultra tune. Ultra tune gave list of items that needs to be replaced in my car. Gave that list to Lynford. Lynford said I have to wait and book my car for warranty check. I waited approximate a week and booked up my car. They kept my car for 3 days and after 3 days they told me that they agree with Ultra tune and few small items needs to be replaced. Strange part is, they did not replace in 3 days, but all they have done in 3 days is just verified items that Ultra tune verified in 2 hours. 3 days Are you kidding? I had another immediate issue in my car (15th Feb 2015), after arguments they booked my car after 7 days and again kept for 3 days and gave me back on 25th Feb. Now today 1st March again has the same issue. Are they giving attention to work or do proper check up? They made me wait when immediate attention required. Even After Waiting, what you will do if your problem is not fixed up... any Guess...? I reckon, wait again for 7 days, again they keep my car for 3 days and they will verify that yes there is an issue.... Should I feel pity for them or for me? When your car has an issue, it affects your Work life, social life and whole life. Not sure how much more time I am going to put in here....
Awesome service from the used car team. Everyone from finance ( Sam ) to Warranty ( Belinda ). Michael Sharpe and Sean Gregory made it such a hassle free deal aswell as Sam to getting my finance approved. Everything was so simplified and was a breeze to get my car. Recommend anyone to the used car staff. Thanks heaps. Couldnt find a better service anywhere. Well done and definiely 2nd to none!
Customer service was awful. Unbelievable rude and arrogant. Can't believe they employee such people who lose business. I've had better service at McDonalds buying a cheeseburger. I would not recommend Lynford to anyone. I took my business to another Ford dealership (non AHG).
Not sure where the other positive reviews are coming from ..... Apon purchasing a new car ( Ford Focus) many engine issues later (6 return visits) and a new clutch replacement !!??! the basic offer of a hire car was an issue to get.... customer service is ok on the surface ....go into any complicated detail you might find a challenge. Wouldn't recommend. Go Bigger and more reputable ..... John Hughs
