Disgraceful. Security cannot control the patrons and staff are ambivalent towards them. Have had many bad experiences here but tonight was the worst. Extremely inebriated patrons bothered others who were just keeping to themselves, messed around with the bands equipment and generally didn't heed any warnings by staff or security. A few patrons took their clothes off on more than one occasion. One man pulled his pants off and exposed his genitals to everyone outside. The security did nothing. There were children still at the hotel who could have seen this behaviour and even worse: seen that staff and security did nothing. Most Sydney hotels operate a tight ship but this place seems to be exempt from every rule put in place to protect people attending hotels and doing the right thing. Locals and regulars seem to have the run of the place and other visitors obviously feed off their example because there are no consequences for indiscretions such as public drunkeness, verbal abuse and indecent exposure. Do something about it

The food here is good and they do have a nice play area for the kids but every time I am always left disappointed with the seating setup in the outside area. Each time I have made a booking well in advance and have made a point of requesting a table as close as possible overlooking the play area and for some reason, I always end up with a table the furthest away. I have noticed that the party groups seem to get priority and preference with tables right in front of the play area. This makes it really difficult as the outside area is small and I have found that the people from the parties tend to stand, chat and drink and block the view and the entrances to the play areas. Management really need to look at this, maybe they could consider putting up signs stating the area is a sitting area ONLY or look at placing parties/large groups to the back of the outside area. I’m all for parties, but don’t put large groups standing in front and over me, when I’m trying to enjoy my meal and keep an eye on my kids. It really isn’t an enjoyable dining experience.

Oh wow! We have come to the Greystanes Inn about 4 times now. Every time we come here the food that comes out is just Amazing. Most places that you go to have about 1 or 2 fantastic dishes but i just can't believe that every dish i have had here is top of the range. The standard of the food here is top quality, and the flavour combinations just hit the spot. The head chef here i think is some kind of a genious ... Where do i go to nominate this place for an award ?!?!??! We will definately be back, and back again. =)

Food is just amazing, go for steak and ribs 300gm with pepper sauce

Enjoy the place, great food, friendly people also prices are reasonable or good and not far from M4, off Cumberland High Way ... Like the opening hours also lots of parking spot.
