Great feed with large portions of quality meals for $10. Chicken, steaks, pastas etc... Comes with salad, chips and gravy of your choice. Comes out in about 10 mins or less, and that was for 4 meals! Great service from both bar staff, bistro staff and the security guard too!!!
Cheap feed but a very tiny pub. Friendly staff and reasonably priced beer. Smallest smoking area I have seen, with two permanently fixed tables but no stools. But the gem of this pub and the reason most people go here is the bistro. Majority meals are $10 including large t-bone steaks, chicken snitzchels, fish and chips and pastas to name a few. The quality of the food is quite good and the portions are enormous. Great value.

I love Cooks Hill - it has earned the title of my favourite restaurant in Australia. I usually get the chicken schnitzel and it is soooo big and soooo filling and delicious - there is nothing bad I can say about it. They also serve salad and chips with it, as well as the gravy of your choosing. They are really quick to get your food to you as well - I didn't wait any longer than 10 minutes (maybe even less) and that was for three big plates of food cause I had other people with me. I love Cooks Hill so much, I sat there thinking "I'm going to write a review about this place". And I think you only ever think about that while eating their food unless it's so good, or so bad that you have to write a review.
Great steaks for only $10.00 Sunday - Thursday. Friday and Saturday $ 15.00. With chips and salad included and a choice of sauces.
