I know that some of their employees are very nice n helpful . While a few are nasty n act like your being a bother ! They don't always have what I need or don't stock enough of the product !
Wish I could put negative stars for despised it! I went to return some plates that I had gotten as a gift due to the fact they have been exploding in the microwave or in my hand after I microwave them (when the box stated microwave safe). I had previously contacted the corporate office about my problem and they contacted the branch manager about it. The manager contacted me and stated that she was sorry and that I could return the remaining plates for a refund as I stated I did not want another set, which she understood due to being cut. I told her I did not have the receipt and the amount of time that has passed since I bought them. She told me they would take them due to the fact they were defective and had cut me. Today I went there to return them and the first three people were very pleasant and helpful. After a problem occurred due to them no longer carrying them specific dishes one of the customer service managers went to ask the assistant manager for help. That is when my visit turned from pleasant to terrible. The assistant manager came out and was rude and short tempered with me. She said we can not return them without a receipt or a box. How dumb is she to think people keep receipts or a box for a year on everything they buy! Needless to say I will be talking with the manager about the assistant managers attitude and to resolve the problem!
One of my favorite Walmarts. Not crowded, have what I need, Wheelchairs. Very nice customer service.
Crowded parking, product often not organized logically and service is hit or miss.
I went in to get a cd that would be released at midnight I got there early and told the person working in the department that I would want the cd at midnight. I walked around the store and came back a midnight, the person I had told earlier that I would want the cd hadn't even looked for the cd. Then it took him and three other team members twenty minutes to find out they hadn't gotten the shipment in. Shouldn't they know where there products are? I never want to go there again.
