Went in with a problem I had tried to troubleshoot online. And, had tried the big box store where they wear blue shirts, in fact the store where I bought the phone, and was left to feel it was unsolvable. Austin was more than helpful, offering alternative solutions. I walked out with a working phone, all my back up restored - and life is good. Customer focused, great service
