Not sure about the bad review, but these guys are top notch. That review was about John Deere, not Tractor Central.
It's the worst lawn mowers ever had, you will be very lucky if you can even start John Deere mower (Tractor) every time you need to mow your lawn. Not only EXPENSIVE, also the worst service. That is why the service counter totally separated and a way from sales. If they really trust their product, they won't hide when it comes to service. When you go for to know what is the problem with your mower, you will find them always say "WE ARE BEHIND SCHEDULE" which makes it very obvious their product doesn't worth a penny due to their BAD products. Plus their lies about what was wrong with your product. We bought our mower 2 years ago, yet we were not able to use it more than few times " LESS THAN 5 TIMES" which made our front/back yard always at least a foot tall and full of weeds specially dandelions. Anybody thinks to buy John Deere product should contact us and welcome to visit to see John Deere effects.
