Tacos Pastor. Period. Also: Ignacio, who I've come to know as the only tequila connoisseur in rural Wisconsin, who really knows his tequila, and has the boldest array I've seen in Wisconsin anywhere, except maybe Milwaukee. If you have a hankering for a good Añejo, call ahead to see if Ignacio will be there, and revel in his passion for it (but if you don't have the luxury of time, the wait staff at least won't give you a blank stare when you say "Añejo and sangrita!")

Cancun has the BEST Carnitas Fajita dish this side of Tijuana! Ask for them to serve it to you "flash-fried" (Nacho knows what I am talking about) and get the Carnitas Fajita dish with a side of pineapple and flour tortillas! It is the BOMB! LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!!
Best service and food! Nacho will make you whatever you want!
