I have never been in here, but my experiences with verizon's customer service line have been absolutely terrible. I talked to Eric from this store on the phone today and he helped me out tremendously and was very courteous. I am very impressed with this stores customer service! Thank you!

There was a saleslady here named Kim, who was assisting customers. She had a cold, and was wiping her nose on the back of her hand, then handling the customers' phone. Gross!
