Very pleased with the helpful service I received at the Fond du Lac Batteries Plus store this morning. After visiting four (yes FOUR) other department or jewelry stores to try and find someone who could replace the battery in my Swatch brand watch, I was more than a bit frustrated when I entered the store. I was convinced I would need to purchase a whole new watch after so many other stores had told me "we can get the back to stay on." The sales associate at Batteries Plus said "Just give me a minute, all I really need is a flathead screwdriver." And, less than 5 minutes later, I had my ticking watch in hand again. Thank you, sales associate Jesse, for your friendly and efficient service!
