Talk about standing behind their products. My wife and I purchased a beautiful new washer from Dennis at Silica. Best prices and best of all, best customer service ever!!! When our new washer had a water usage issue after installing it, they delivered and installed a new one less than 48 hours later, and it does everything they said it would. We couldn't be more happy with it and would definitely recommend that everyone buy from Silica!
I bought a refrigerator from them. They were very helpful. I wanted a all refrigerator and they had 3 or 4 different models and were about $40 less that the other store that I shopped. I liked that the salesman (Mike) said that I could special order it in the color that I wanted.
We bought all of our major appliances at Silica. So far the service was great. We had to call them for repairs once and they fixed the problem within two days.
These guys are amazing. We have worked with much larger companies in Milwaukee and Madison but from now on we will only buy from Silica. Mike and Greg are terrific. They spent time with us making sure we understand and can operate. They offered great suggestions and were absolutely first rate. They fixed what was goofy from we installed the system new 6 years ago (with someone else) and it works better than ever. I love Silica and wouldn't shop anywhere else.
