A co-worker and I are in town to conduct some training and wanted a good meal in a relaxed atmosphere. We found Chaps and decided to give it a whirl. They had a live band (Spare Parts) that provided a good smooth sound. I had the pepper steak and my buddy had the stuffed pork chop. Both were awesome! the mashed potatoes made the meal...our waitress was knowledgeable and was never flustered. Needless to say I will gladly eat there again...in fact I think it's a can't miss for my wife.do yourself a favor and the next time you are in Spokane..eat there!
