Friendly staff and patrons. Amazing beer. Just wish it was closer to me! Love this place.
Iron Horse's Irish Death is the absolute best dark ale I have ever had. I have tasted other micro brewery's ale, ale from Europe - been drinking dark ale for over 30 years. This one is the best -- bar none. Their Bier de Garde (a French Ale) although frequently sold under a local upscale rural community's name, is also worth seeking out -- and I do so whenever the opportunity presents itself. I have been know to email Iron Horse telling them when I will be through E'burg and asking them to have some 22 oz bottles of Irish Death and Bier de Garde set aside for me.
Good beer, good atmosphere, friendly staff and friendly locals. We'll be back!
Quilter's Irish Death is one of the best beers I've ever had. Dark, smooth, yummy. It's worth finding on tap as as well as straight from the brewery.
