Rozzi's Lakeshore Tavern

Awesome burgers and good prices - it does get busy but had that fun, loud sports bar atmosphere that made for fun people watching.
Kind of a "locals" place. A large menu with more hamburger options than you can imagine. Hamburger was a little over-cooked but that may just be a difference in opinion on what "medium-well" means (to me it means just a bit of pink, to them it means a slightly burnt exterior and dryed out interior. But other than the meat being overcooked everything else was great. I would just tell them a "medium" next time.
Fantastic burger selection. It's arguably the best burgers in Vermont.
The parking lot was full, and there was a wait to get a table so my wife and I thought it would be good if so many people wanted to be there. Truth is, once we got our table it was all down hill from there. The server was awful. She did not care about her service to us. I asked her what the specials were and she glared at me and told me she could go look at the board and come back to tell me. Throughout our dinner experience she made no effort to accommodate us or even one attempt to come across as friendly. The food was much less than par as well. The fried perch was rubbery and cold. The burger was charred and tasted like it had absolutely no seasoning. Then we got the bill. 5 dollars for a Switchback!!!! We will not be visiting this place ever again.
Great place. Nice on the waterfront.
