Love it! I probably eat here every week or so. Owner and employees are passionate about this place, and I hope that Pingala inspires more restaurants in this area to go vegan.

Pingala Cafe is great for all kinds of people - I'm not vegan or vegetarian, but I still enjoy their food. Their Green is Good smoothie is superb, and I love the quesadilla! Don't be fooled because it's not on the circle, this is a great option for a work lunch.

Vegans and non-vegans, alike, would love this place. The food is fresh, creative, delicious, and healthy. So glad we discovered it while visiting our son at UVM.
