If you want a NY/NJ style bagel, this is as close as you'll get in VT. Good sandwiches too.
a great bagel and sandwich cafe, and one of the few in the new north end. one secret is the dozen day-olds for a few dollars, which will feed you for a week.
The bagel has a very convenient location which has made it great to stop by. In the few years I've lived in the area I've found myself skipping it more and more however to get my morning bagel and coffee elsewhere. They always seem busy because the lines stack up very easily in the morning but it seems more due to laziness of the work crew there, I've had the girl making my bagel stop spreading to text on numerous occasions haha. but the bagels aren't too bad, just a little pricey. But I've since taken my business elsewhere as I don't expect my breakfast sandwich to be microwaved if I'm paying that much.
