This store is in serious need of management re-training. The employees can only be as good as their leadership and that is almost non-existent. Yesterday (12/19/2014) my 80 year old mother and I go into this location to pick up a few items then make our way home. We hadn't been in the store more than 10 minutes when my mothers coat disappeared from her buggy. We immediately looked around where she had been to find nothing; we made our way to the front of the store and notified a member of management who appeared to "CARE LESS" as I described the situation that had occurred no more than 15 minutes before he not only looked non-plussed but he was clearly disinterested in what we were telling him. He didn't bother to tell us to check with customer service nor did he bother to ask for our name or phone number just in case her coat was misplaced. I took the initiative to advise my check out lady then on to customer service desk (who must have taken her training from the manager) never bothered to take our name or phone number in case it was turned in. I just got off the phone with their store manager today and I have absolutely decided after being on hold the first time for 25 minutes and the 2nd time for 15 minutes only to find the coat was never turned into the lost and found. I will never, ever, ever spend my hard earned money in this establishment ever again. Not only is it UNSAFE but the leadership could give a RATS ASS about you or anything you care about. It's a crying shame that Sam Walton's legacy is now known for breeding this type of retail shopping.

Bananas and other produce have tiny flies on and around them.. A store that nets billions sells milk for $.3.28 a gallon? Really? Prices have steadily risen in the past year every 3 months. These increases are mainly on necessities such as milk. Though the meat is cut by machine now, and has been for quite a few years, the costs saved have not reflected on meat prices. There are three major grocery stores around me. Each of three have sales on necessities as well as meats and produce. Hand cut meat can not be beat by a machine and though the taste and price are far better and cheaper walmart fails to recognize this as their prices and quality are an insult to all consumers. There is a serious issue with ordering products in this particular store as well. There are more holes in the shelves then the Swiss cheese! Offering is done on a handheld telson yet, these holes riddle the grocery isles. The price matching online is the best thing since the greed and monopolizing efforts of the two who took over after .Mr. Walton's passing. What happened to taking a customer to the product? Now you find a miserable face among the few employees who actually find a smile to offer. Lower your prices, follow the practices that once were, and for gods sake, pay your help.. It's obvious the majority of floor help is not as motivated as the managers... Give them a more reasonable pay! They unload pallets and stock.. They deal with all of us customers more so then managers do IF one can be found not in a humorous conversation with another manager.. Walmart use to care about people.. We the customers and, the very employees that are the backbone of the company are the very people your supposed to give a crap about. Though billions are netted yearly, there's no room for these changes? For the people walmart once claimed to come first? Absolutely disappointed in the downward spiral since I once worked there many years ago in each of the positions mentioned. Edit: I just read the reviews below... I agree with them all and could easily add similar experiences as those posting! Does anyone from Walmart actually bother to read this? Wow.. I'd be embarrassed to be the store manager at this location! Ouch! There is no love here in this forum! These post would sure get me to make big changes! Ed

I hate this walmart. I only go because it is unfortunately the only one close by. The people are very rude and will NOT go out of their way for their customers. It's pretty much a "too bad" type of situation every time. Not once have I had a good experience with anyone there.

Do not go to this Walmart. Drive to another if you can. Having encountered many rude people working there, I will not go back to this location or Walmart at all ever again.

Managers are very rude and treat their employees like crap. If u ask a manager to help you find something they will always tell you sorry come back next time. Worst wallmart I have been to yet.
