Allen Samuels Chrysler Dodge Jeep

All I can say is worst car buying experience I have ever had. If you want to bash yourself in the head then go here. You can never get out of this place. They keep you there for hours and hours. What you really need to watch out for is the bait and switch. They did not have the exact vehicle we wanted. Ohhh but they found one, they couldn't bring it in until we purchased so we did. Of course the truck was missing some things we agreed on! When we asked our sales people about they said they would be over to talk to us. They never showed up! These are not stand up guys. They are liars and cannot deliver what they sell. Stay away from this dealership and the one from Alliance. Must be an Allen Samuels thing! I have a credit score over 800 can buy whatever I want. They still treat you like crap! Thier new car delivery consist of filling it up with gas and sending you on your way without your original sales guy showing back up! They were already looking for the next victim.
From the first experience of buying a vehicle at this place it has been horrible. We got a new salesman, who supposedly had years of experience but new to Jeep, who didnt know anything about the vehicle, couldnt find the keys to the car and had to have the sales manager take over. Then we made it financing and we thought all would be ok after meeting Kennedy Smith. He was great at first. They even got us better financing then we first thought so we resigned paperwork. In the meantime, my wife got an unexpected job offer somewhere else and quit her current position. Kennedy harassed us through texts about how he wanted the car back because she didnt work for the same company she had at the time of signing. We even told Kennedy and the dealership that we had an offer letter for the new company (that she would be making more money at) but apparently that was not good enough. We called the finance company because we hadnt received any payment details or account information. They told us that there waiting on information from the dealership. We then texted Kennedy several times with no response and we got a text today after a follow up text from my wife with threats of legal action if we didnt bring the car back today (after almost 2 months of owning the car!!!). I called the dealership after recieving the threatening text and they transferred me to, guess who, Kennedy Smith! OMG...I clearly asked the receptionist to transfer me to someone above Kennedy. If you buy a vehicle from this dealership, watch out, they dont honor the contracts you sign with them and threaten legal action for reasons which are not known to me.
Bradly, Tom, and Francis were great. Easy to work with. Bought a pre-owned 99 Mazda Miata w only 68,000 miles from them and my son loves it. Great dealership, great prices, great people. I highly recommend you try this dealer before you go anywhere else.
I was referred to this location by USAA after I smashed into a deer. The amount of work that needed to be done on the car was extensive. I'll review the auto body shop (I'm not evaluating the dealership itself, since it seems like a nice establishment) +1 star, What was done was done well, the front of the car needed to almost be re-built so there was a lot of handi work that went into getting the car back to road condition. They fixed the misshaped hood. They fixed the radiator. did other fun stuff to the go-parts of the car. +1 star, They had a very cool online tracking system. I could log in (If you set it up) to the webpage and watch the progress of my car. It saved me the hassle of trying to guess what state my car was in. +1 star, They were nice. I mean, as nice as a service should be. Now we get to the why it's not five star situations. My car was not completely fixed when I got it back. 1) I only had to drive it about a block to realize that the wheel was damaged and glaringly so. The test drive they took (and I know they took one) should have made it obvious there was something wrong with the wheel immediately and they should have fixed it. I had to go to another store in another town to get the wheel replaced. 2) They had completely drained the refrigerant in my AC and did not replace it. Or they replaced the radiator and compressor without refrigerant. This may not have been as immediately obvious since it was a bit cold when I got my car back originally. 3) some of the edges and seems of my car didn't align as well as I wanted it to. But I assume some of the shrouds were after-market parts and I know sometimes it's not easy to get a 'new car' look for these parts. 4) there was a dent on the side of the car that they could have easily fixed but decided to completely ignore. This may have been an insurance-told-me-not-to situation, but it would have been nice for them to ask me. since the whole shroud around it was already being replaced. Take into consideration though, A LOT had to be done to get my car back into working condition. And these three things were the only glaring issues I had with the repair. I'm also going to complain about their time estimate, they had said the car could be done in three weeks, I t was five weeks of work and I was getting stressed out about the rental situation. Though, thankfully, there was an Enterprise rental location inside the auto shop. That saved some hassle. Then finally, for such a large dealership with a very extensive workshop, they had no customer parking the day I went. Like... not even roadside parking. There were people in the middle of the drive way, 'no parking'. I had to shimmy my rental car in the spot that my fixed car was in in order to get a spot. They apologized, but it was still irritating. It got the job done, but I wasn't wowed by the quality of the work.
They did not destroy my plates off the car I sold them and racked up huge toll fines. By law they have to destroy them or give them back. Bad business for them to do that. Its safer selling a car on cr list. I traded it in to them for convenience. Now I have a huge inconvenience.
