I went in for lunch and asked to sit at the bar. The hostess said it was open seating but failed to give me a menu or let the bartender know he had a new customer. I sat there for 10 minutes before the bartender saw me and took my drink order and handed me a menu. Ordered a water. I waited another 10 minutes and still had no water or even seen the bartender or a waiter come out to that side of the restaurant. After looking around and seeing other people were also waiting I decided to just leave. Basically wasted half of my lunch hour.

Slow service, inattentive servers, wrong food brought out. Then after complaining the manager takes 99 cents off our bill what an insult. You're telling me our business is only worth .99 to you? You've got to be frickin kidding.

I feel the need to make sure SOMEONE knows how bad my order was screwed up... why do you have an online ordering system if the people can't read.... or count evidently... I ordered a triple dipper...as in 3 different items (or at least that is MY understanding of the word triple) not only was I only given TWO items , one of them was not even part of what I ordered... We live about 30 min away from this chili's (the closest one to us) and I had my husband drive all the way there to get it and back (so almost an hour to satisfy a particular craving I had) and what I wanted so badly was not even included in my order at all...oh, but I was charged for it... I am beyond furious right now...my husband did call and we were refunded our money and offered a complimentary triple dipper at our next visit to this restaurant but we will NOT be using this restaurant again...it isn't the first time my order was messed up but it was the first time that it was this bad... only one of the three items were correct, and one wasn't there at all... I know that the school system ion the area teaches reading and math so my only assumption is that management doesn't care if it's employees are accountable for their jobs or not... this has cost them my business forever (and since we were willing to put in an hour of drive time to get this obviusly it is a favorite of ours) the really sad part..it's now 9:15 at night and I am hungry and my hubby isn't going to do another hour long round trip drive back into town to get me something else so Chili's not only screwed up my order but my entire night!

Service SUCKS! We waited, and waited, and waited. They weren't even busy! Where is management at this place? Bartender is too busy texting on his cellphone to take drink orders. I will never return.

We eat here, it is horrible. We wait and eat here again a year later, still horrible. There is ALWAYS something wrong. The service isn't good, the food is definitely subpar. Today the chips are burned. Ever had burnd chips are Chili's? If not visit the one in Roanoke, TX. Don't waste your time or money.
