NYLO Plano at Legacy

I was extremely disappointed. I really looked forward to a nice night away from the kiddos. However, the TV in the suite did not work and the A/C would not drop below 71 degrees, This was not that big of a deal. However... The A/C kept making a loud cracking/snapping sound every 10 minutes. It sounded like a fridge with an ice-maker in it. We phoned the front desk to tell them about it. They brought us ear plugs (which did not help) and told us we could change rooms. I appreciated the help, but they also admitted that this was a common problem. I woke up every few hours due to this loud noise, even with the earplugs mashed in my ears. I woke up more exhausted than I've been in a while. A fun night at this hotel turned into an experience that has scared me away for good. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone I care about. Again, I was extremely disappointed.
Worst experience we've ever had. My wife and I stayed at NYLO Plano 2 nights for our 14th anniversary. AC wouldn't work right and made loud popping sounds most of the night. We asked 3 employees once an hour for 3 hours for a towel at the pool and never received one. I went down the stairs to the 1st floor and the door was locked - dangerous. We left something large in our room and have called 3x's over 10 days before anyone called us back. Breakfast buffet was very weak. Maid service did nothing we asked them to nor came during the time we asked them too. Front desk was unprofessional and not very helpful. Will never return.
Nice and modern. Definitely has the NY loft feel. Rooms are comfy and roomy. The courtyard is beautiful!
Excellent stay! Beautiful, unique hotel!
Really trendy hotel rooms and lobby. Loved my stay here and will be back next time I'm in area!
