Our family went the evening of Valentine's Day, and it was perfect! The wait staff was instant, the food was excellent, and even our youngest (11 months) had his meal separately and elegantly served! It was a lovely, perfect experience, and we will visit again. Thank you so much!

If there was an option for 0 stars, I would have chosen it. I had read the reviews before I came so I already had extremely low expectations, but if it's possible this place is even worse than expected! The waiter is rude and a liar. We had a reservation for 7:30 PM. At 9:35 PM the food has still not arrived. The waiter at one point said, "Would you rather have drinks or food because I can't do both." Luckily I'm with good company. Otherwise I wouldn't have waited. I can promise you I won't come back! Save yourself some time and trust the reviews!!

I've been here before and the violin guy and food are always amazing. Tonight we came to celebrate my husband's birthday. While service was slow, and understandable, the owner was totally rude to us! I told him service slow, the guy who filled our waters dropped our glass, picked it up off the floor and filled it with water to serve to us. The owner says "so, what do you want? Want me to change your server?" we said no, the server is great but he seems overwhelmed and told us tonight was his first tonight, so do you have any help for him? The owner went on to argue with my husband that he had seated us upon arrival, what more do we want? (we had reservations which they had misplaced, fortunately I called an hour before and sorted this issue out). They are understaffed, he went on to say. The food was great and our server went above and beyond. But the server can only do so much when the owner is so rude and disrespectful to his customers! Not going back here!

Horrible experience- I wish i could review the food but unfortunately I walked out without ever having the chance to order! I walked in on 7/17/2013 about 6:15PM for dinner and stood at the hostest desk and waited and waited. No one was there. Finally a girl walked in the front door (behind me) and, realizing I'm standing there with no one in the place, asked how many and brought me to a table outside on a gorgeous and huge patio. Outside there at least a dozen (probably more) employees. They looked like they were setting up for an event or something, but I guess out of 15 or so people they couldn't spare someone to keep an eye on the door. Anyway I sat down and looked over the menu, which was limited but looked good. I was expecially excited about trying a few wines- the wine list is very small but they had a few I hadn't heard of before. I sat there for 10 minutes and finally a girl brought me a glass of water, but didn't say anything else. The crazy thing is there are workers ALL around me, sweeping, setting up tables, doing whatever it is they are doing and I'm just sitting there. After a while, the same girl came over and refilled my water glass (at least I wasn't thirsty). In all, I was seated for 26 minutes before I finally walked out, as no one ever even came to take my drink order despite there being staff all around me. I figured i'd have to wait forever for my food too. I won't go back, but I will say the patio is really nice...maybe if you just want to smoke hooka this is a place for you. Also, the prices are a little on the high side ($17-25 for an entree, $3 soft drinks).

The food is served cold and the owner is totally inexperienced in running a restaurant.We planned a staff party with him and he promised live entertainment with a DJ. Our party arrived on time but the food was served after two hours. Then we waited for an hour for the belly dancer to arrive but the music system quit working. The owner disappeared and left the poor waiter to deal with the situation.Total disappointment. Since the City of Plano shut down the fire pits and disallowed smoking inside the patio this restaurant is not worth spending $50 a person. Please spend your money at a decent place with good food.and quality service. Something this place is totally lacking.
