ll Brothers Grill & Bar

Rude manager. Ordered bottomless Memosas and got orange juice. When we asked to talk to the manager about it he said he was worried about our safety (on our first memosa, $14). Also interrupted us multiple times. If you don't want to serve bottomless Memosas, take it off the menu. This place sucks
Alright, this place really pissed me off. The food charges for the quality are absolutely ridiculous, and the service was not worth the added gratuity of 20%. If you don't want to read all of my comments just know that I am begging you to go somewhere else and save your money. Food wise, are you serious? My wife and I got the "Little Brothers" which are four mini burgers with onion rings. It costs us nine dollars which is the same as the price at Chili's for something comparable. The difference between Chili's and II Brothers though is that at II Brothers, instead of actually making four mini burgers, they just cut the cooked meat from a normally sized burger info four pieces, put it into four rolls, add some cheese and a modest amount of bacon onto your burger and then charge you 9 dollars for it. One of my friends (who is a chicken wings expert) got their "Chicken Wings" and told me that it tastes almost the exact same as the the Tyson frozen chicken wings you get from walmart, expect they charge you 10 dollars at II Brothers! Additionally, he also got one of their "Grilled Pizzas" which was another HUGE disappointment. When he first got it I thought to myself "wow, that looks like one of the frozen pizzas you buy at a grocery store." Later he confirmed my suspicions saying that it tastes like they microwaved a frozen pizza, put it on a grill afterwards, dumped some jalapenos onto it and then called it a grilled pizza! At the end of the night, everyone was complaining about the price of the food, some paying nearly $100 dollars for a burger, appetizer, and drinks. Onto the gratuity... It is extremely rare for a restaurant to charge 20% gratuity, most will only charge around 15% and upscales will only charge around 18%. I wouldn't be complaining so much if I constantly had to ask for refills and if it wasn't for the fact that the group we met there was there for about 2 hours while my wife and I were only there for about 30 minutes. Additionally, according to the law you are required to tell your customers that you will have an included gratuity but we received no warning.
I have never been here for food or a dining experience. I always forget its an actual restaurant. I have had their Calamari which I was able to order at 1:15am. It was very yummy and perfect for a table snack. Honestly my husband and I go there on weeknights when we are bored at home. We live walking distance away. Oh my god we are so glad we found this place. The staff recognize us, usually know our drink orders before we order, and are generally good people. I love going there and we easily make friends simply by playing pool with the people there. Its a good time. Sometimes the crowd sucks but the management has ZERO control of that so it shouldn't be held against them. All in all 10/10 will miss when we move.
I have been to this Grill & Bar a few times and the service is excellent. They always have a friendly staff, great food and great pricing! Also a great patio for sporting events as well as lots of seating and tv's inside and out so you can see all the games all the time! Its just too bad the maximum amount of stars is only 5! Highly recommend this place!
This place is a joke. I spent $30.00 on a breakfast that was ruined because they rented 25% of the restaurant out to a networking group who spent the entire morning applauding for one another. We couldn't hear one another speak from across the booth, and management refused to do anything to help. To top it all off the food was mediocre. Rest assured this place does not care about your dining experience, but they will not hesitate to take your money. Do NOT waste your time at II Brothers. For a $15.00 a plate breakfast there are a dozen other options that will actually respect their customers desire to enjoy the company of the person they're dining with.
