This is one of he best run restaurants in the Plano, Frisco area. Food is excellent and the service exceptional and accommodating to all types of situations. It is certainly worth the visit.
Legacy Christian Academy recently hosted a luncheon for our new families at One2One in their back room. Amy and her staff were excellent! Amy went above and beyond, contacting us on her personal time to ensure she met our setup needs and went so far as to create a menu specific to our event, making the luncheon fit our budget and run more smoothly. The service was fantastic, not only did our waitress understand the nature of the meeting, but she planned her interactions around our order of events. The food was great too!
The food was good; nice selection of beers and drinks; the waitstaff was very friendly. We had a nice time.
We had a reservation for 7:00pm and after sitting in the bar for 50 minutes we left. Of course, this was after talking to the manager and noting that it appeared that others with 2 in the party had been seated. No explanation was really given and we had to ask twice to check on the status of our table. Also, while in the bar watching one bartender call the other "stupid", and watching one of the wait staff come to the bar and with his bare hands grab one of the lemons and pretend to munch on it and put it back, was a bit much for my taste! So, a good impression was not had by me! If you are not going to honor a reservation then don't offer it! VERY DISAPPOINTING!
I had a cell phone stolen from this restaurant. All they had to do was turn in the darn phone, but no I get lies to my face and even after my locator service verified the phone to still be on location, more lies and denial. It's just a phone, I'd give you the damn phone, but that sim card held memories I can't get back and the principal that people still steal phones is incredulous to me. I was full prepared to defend some of the negative reviews I have read on this site, but this was a deal breaker. I do not recommend this establishment, if you do however go, hold your valuables close, you can't depend on these people to be honest. SHAME ON YOU!
