Still serving Christmas Blend...UGH..a definite sign of ordering way too much as this has been the Bold offering since week of Thanksgiving!! Don't expect bold coffee at lunchtime nor later...even the regular coffee tastes old and burnt... Other locations have fresh coffee, not just specialty coffees available at all times.
Drive-thru is always a long wait. Don't bother coming around 1pm.
The food would be great, but they never have anything to eat. Sure, they have a menu full of items, but they never have what you want when you ask for it. Seriously guys, do better forecasting.
Coffee and drink service is fine. Don't try to get any work or studying done here. Baristas are loud and talk the entire time, mostly making fun of drive-thru customers. A/C is warm-hot. Wi-Fi signal is weak, could hardly surf thru two pages of a website without it stalling or having to re-connect, sometimes not even connecting. Try a different Starbucks or diff wi-fi location. If you are going only for drinks, fine.
