After receiving stale hard biscuits in the drive-thru every morning, I launched a complaint online. It took about a week to correct the problem?? I received a response letter from customer service that contained curt and agitated language. She complained how she repeatedly called my cell and a woman kept hanging up on her. My wife won't talk to unknown callers while trying to teach classes at her middle school so she quit answering the phone. Also this has absolutely NOTHING to do with STALE HARD biscuits. I read where Mc Donalds has a problem with rude employees and that is obviously true. My suggestion..don't give your real address if you file a complaint..people do weird things when they are angry!
love this McDonald. Don't go to the one on kingwood drive. i recommend this one

Hey - it's McDonald's - what do you expect? Since this unit has been rebuilt - the service through the drive- thru is outstanding!
