I came here last Saturday to see the new brewingz. Usually there is long ticket items and bad service expected on a grand opening but this place takes it to a new level. I waited an hour for a cup of soup and and 15 minutes after that the manager told me they dropped my chicken sandwich. I asked him what he was gonna do about it and looked at me almost like he was searching for the answer. .dude could have cared less. I came back Sunday giving them the benefit of the doubt and same experience. Food only took 30 minutes and was cold. I had to ask for silverware. After asking 3 times for a margarita, I got it without a lime or straw. As well as my XX came without a lime. This place is an embarrassment and I would not recommend this experience for anyone.

My first visit to the Kingwood location was not great we waited a long time to be seated and the food was not that great. It was around a busy time so i decided to give it another try today we went with a couple of coworkers. Once we came in there were several girls just standing there by the counter, we stood there a while, they could not decided who was going to seat us. We where asked 3 times how many in our group. Once we where seated we order our drinks she brought them out and she did not come back to get our order we had to ask another server to find her so we could order. She came out and we placed our order. The food took a while to come out. At that point we asked for our tickets to pay because we had to get back to work. The food came out and one of the orders was missing she said it was taken to a wrong table. So everyone else got their meals and once the other order came out it was wrong! At that point everyone was done eating and we had to go back to work. Very frustrating waiting for your food and it ends up being wrong and was unable to eat lunch with everyone else! Bad customer service. Don't go during your lunch hour you will not get out on time !

My wife and I made our first visit to the new Brewingz. At first all was good. We ordered drinks and appetizers with no problems. And then we ordered the meal and then the wait began. I received my wings after 45 minutes, but my wife who order a simple bowl of soup never received it after an hour. The waitress claimed that they were making the soup. the on duty manager offered to take the price of the soup which we never received off our bill and we could order something else but after all that time had passed my wife was in no mood to wait for anything else and I had already finished my meal. After an hour and a half we demanded a discount on the check and left.

Okay where do I start? The environment is cool and sports related. We were very excited to try this place out because we've never been to one and the one in Kingwood just opened so we decided to give it a try. We ordered 2 appetizers and wings as our meal. The wings came out before the appetizers but that's okay we didn't really care. The problem was that all the sauce was on the paper hanging out of the basket and the lady just set them down and walked off, it was sloppy and no sauce on the chicken. Do not get the potato skins, we sent them back they Tasted awful. Even our server told us they were awful after she took them off the bill. The wings were excellent and juicy other than the fact that there's an inch of grease at the bottom of the basket and of course the sauce situation. And the same with the fried pickles, they need to DRAIN THEIR food before they send it out!!! The bacon Mac n cheese was okay that it, not great. They also need to teach their servers to speak to people "Let me know when your payment is ready and I'll pick it up" not wait for us to get up and "oh no you don't pay up front you pay with me, you go up there and I get in trouble and blah blah blah blah" we felt like she thought we weren't gonna pay. I'd say over all we were not pleased. It's a shame because the wings and friend pickles would've been good if there wasn't tons of grease!

Considering it was our 1st visit to ordering take out Hostess at door greeted us but we informed it was take out someone else would help us due to other hostess standing their looking around. I made it clear I was pickin up an order to go. Although our order was ready to go IT WAS NOT THE RIGHT ORDER. BUT MAYB HOPE NEXT TIME IT WILL BE THE RIGHT ORDER. INFORM UR HOSTESS WHEN THEY ARE JUST STANDING THEIR TALKIN COSTUMERS COME 1ST. Instead of standing talking.
