by far the slowest starbucks ever. for a company that values on the speed of delivery.. it is not showed here. i just pulled out of the lane bc got sick of waiting. you lost out on 10 of my bucks starbucks...
I love Starbucks and this place is by far the worst. I used to put up with the long wait in the drive through, no more. Today for the 4th time, they messed up my drink. I used to work at a Starbucks, it's not that hard. My mocha cookie crumble consisted of blended old espresso mix and ice covered in whipped cream. That's after we were asked what our drinks were. I called back to report the problem and the barista who answered was rude. I'll go in Barnes and Noble or Target from today on.
I ordered, I was the only one in store at the time. The 4 people who came in after me got their drinks first. No explanation. My drink was the wrong size, but decided to ignore that just so I could leave.
