Great place to hang out. Food is great, beer is ice cold. Bartender Taylor is the best in the area.
Reminds me of a Cheers episode. I actually ran into a few people I served with in Germany there. The food is really good for what they have, think burgers, fries, fried appetizers and some other small bar foods--just better. Most people there know each other and are all very friendly, lots of laughs, good music, sports and beer. During the day one of the bartenders has her young son in there with her; it is definitely somewhere I wouldn't mind taking my children during the day hours and it would feel more like a friendly atmosphere where I wouldn't have to worry about bothering people or my kids acting crazy. Good place, if you like small pub/ restaurant places that remind you of a small town feel--this is it. Politics can be good to talk about too here, most people I've spoken with at night are working class people who pay attention.
It's a cool place to hang out. The old DJ was better, but it's still a cool place to relax and drink
Good food. Great prices. Better service. The bartender linda , is amazing . Good hidden gem .
