It's not that hard to make iced coffee...I get the same drink at every Starbucks location because I always hope against all hope that it will be somewhat consistent. This store totally bombed it. There was absolutely no one in the line inside and maybe 1-2 drive-through customers. There were three employees bumbling around. The cashier took my order twice, then stood around doing nothing. It's ICED-COFEE-you just pour it...when my drink was finally made/poured, I commented that it looked pretty dark that day, the cashier guy said "Oh yeah, sometimes we run out and when we re-make it, it looks like that." When I tasted it, and realized it tasted like dark, bitter, thick sludge, I said as much and the lovely barista offered to add more soy. When it still did not improve the beverage, and I was still clearly unhappy, the barista offered no new drink, no refund-NOTHING. I left the store and threw away my $4.00 iced coffe (which is more than I have ever been charged also). This store needs to fix some things before I even consider returning.
Well the cofee was good but the place is a mess. Even has cobwebs in the corners. Not the cute kind but man eater spiders live here kind.
Very busy Starbucks so they obviously do business right. And that manager Paul is amazing. He always makes sure everyone is taken care of. The chocolates in the toilet don't taste very good though but the water isn't cold.
Worst experience I have ever had. Will not be back. Plenty of other places to spend hard earned money
it's OK. its the only one around my house so it will have to do. its always unbearably cold inside though, and I'm a 6ft 220lb guy who is normally very warm natured.
